Franklin Borough Fire Rescue is an ALL VOLUNTEER fire and rescue department located in a small urban suburb of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. We provide a variety of services including fire suppression and prevention, basic response rescue, hazardous materials response and mitigation, and emergency medical care.
